Opening with a fresh hit of: sage and mandarin, there’s tonka bean at the heart and a base of grassy vetiver and freshly chopped wood which altogether delivers an unapologetic hit (thankfully not the painful type!). It’s effortlessly vibrant and contemporary, a true reflection of everything that JPG stands for. Make a statement for all the right reasons! Scandal Eau de Toilette, £77 for 100ml, Boots.

3. Phantom – Paco Rabanne

If you thought artificial intelligence should be kept underraps for the government and programmers, this cologne will change your mind. Paco Rabanne has always embraced the future, ever since the house launched in 1966 with space-age dresses designed for alien beauties. Fast forward to now and its latest innovation; Phantom is a feel-good fragrance with a futuristic aromatic scent mixing an energising green flash of lemon with creamy lavender. The first fragrance created by boosting human creativity with artificial intelligence.
