The great thing about the internet is having the freedom and opportunity to explore such a wide variety of music. I have just stumbled upon this super talented indie band from Baltimore, U.S.A called Secret Mountains. The band are set to release their debut EP next month and have released several teasers that have certainly done a good job. The first of these is the dark, gritty track titled ‘Coasting’ in which the Secret show off their rougher side with a somewhat rocky vibe.If this is a representation for the new album then I’m very excited. I am also posting just another track of their’s which I’m a huge fan of, just to show off their versatility. ‘High Horse’ is more mellow than the first offering, and the group slow things down to create an atmospheric, almost hypnotic track.
