The B&H Banquets are a series of specialist, interactive suppers, hosted by Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings.
Taking place in the beautiful surroundings of the Greenhouse at Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings, the next supper, focusing on fish, will be taking place on Tuesday 1st December 2015. Bourne & Hollingsworth Group’s new Executive Chef, Adam Gray, will conduct demonstrations on a bespoke gas-fired cooking trolley before the meal commences. Gray will also be on hand throughout the evening to answer any questions that guests may have.
The feast will consist of four courses with each course being paired, in true B&H style, with a cocktail or glass of wine. The B&H bar team will also be close by to interact with guests at the dinner table and talk diners through the different tasting notes.
