The Negroni cocktail has a long and more extensive history than most. To celebrate this, Obicà Mozzarella Bar in Charlotte Street are hosting a fantastic negroni masterclass on Tuesday 11th August.
Discover the art of mixology and learn about the evolution of Italy’s most popular cocktail; the Negroni. Guests will be invited to enjoy an Italian smorgasbord of mozzarella (classic, smoked and creamy stracciatella), salumi, Datterini tomatoes, caponata, a trio of pesto and homemade focaccia to complete your aperitivo hour.
