It’s safe to say the cinema experience has been taken to whole new level by Press Play. And their latest event looks set to be another unmissable occasion. Taking place in the carnival town of Notting Hill, on an ice rink – yes, an ice rink, Press Play will be holding three special screenings of the famous Cool Runnnings movie. Taking place on the 26th, 27th + 28th November you have little excuse not to attend, here’s why…
Press Play will be taking you back to 1988 to live the life of the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team! The journey begins in the heart of Jamaica where you will be greeted by a host of fun-lovin fans for drinks at ‘The Duppy Bar’ and some jerk chicken at the ‘Dubjam Shack’. Shake your shoulders to the reggae vibes, practice your sled technique in the bath and along with a host of other activities, even get your hair braided Carribean style!
Dressed for the cold in your ‘Retro Caribbean Ski Wear’ you’ll then be jetted off to Canada for The Winter Olympics! Pick up your hot toddie punch, a blanket and some hand warmers from the ‘Bodos Hut’ and make your way to your seat in one of six “giant bobsleighs”!
Kick back, order some grub and liquids from the waitresses and enjoy the ride…! Ain’t no movie like a Press Play movie.
