A simple, refreshing drink to enjoy on a sunny afternoon, whether it is an alfresco gathering or a drink on the mound. Game. Set. Match.
Ingredients
20 mls lemon barley cordial, 50 mls BACARDÍ Gold rum, 15 mls lemon juice, ginger beer and ice cubes.
Method
1. Place four ice cubes into a highball glass
2. Pour 50mls of BACARDÍ Gold rum
3. Pour 15mls of lemon juice
4. Pour 20ml of lemon barley
5. Finish off with a topping up of ginger beer
