They’ve done the hard work for you, lets just hope for a good English summer!
1. Pop Up Screens

Taking over some of London’s greatest parks, Pop Up Screens is an outdoor cinema company, showing open air screenings of generally awesome films. So if you’re bored of faceless multi-screens and sticky carpets, pop along and spend a summer’s evening in the park and enjoy a cult movie in style.

With such a long-standing reputation, Luna combine movies with fantastical surroundings, making for a top rate experience. From outdoor swimming pools, to Crystal Palace park, Luna provide a classic film on a big screen in a beautiful and prestigious location.

4. The Floating Cinema

If you seek to leave the land for a while, then a viewing on The Floating Cinema might just be your thing,
from 12th June, Stratford. All aboard, and drift away into the evening down the waterways of London. These guys are certainly pushing the boat out; just make sure you don’t get sea sick!

5. Vauxhall Village (summer only)

If you’re wanting a FREE cinema experience then you’ll be pleased to know that Vauxhall Village is returning with a bigger and better Summer Screening every Tuesday night, set in the lovely Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. It’s a no brainer really!

6. Dalston Roof Park
£5 membership for the whole summer!
Providing visitors (or we should say members!) with a more intimate viewing experience, Dalston Roof Park is set on a small rooftop just seconds from the nearby tube station, and is a real hidden gem. With fresh food and drinks available throughout the evening, you really get the alfresco feeling of what pop up is all about. Free movie screenings take place on Tuesday nights throughout the summer.

7. The Nomad Cinema

The Nomad Cinema is a roaming cinema and pops up at a number of iconic locations throughout the capital, including Grosvenor Square, Belgrave Square, Brompton Cemetery, Hyde Park Lido, Bushy Park, Queen’s Park, Fulham Palace, Coram Secret Garden, Middle Temple Gardens, Hoxton Hotel, The Lookout @ The Isis Centre and Hippodrome Casino. Going bold this summer, Nomad will be providing a platform for the next evolution of cinema, combining the best of mainstream and classic cult movies, with surprising ‘extras’ in store .. and if they aren’t being credited enough already, its worth us pointing out that Nomad donate 100% of their profits to charity. 8. The Rooftop Film Club
