The Weeknd had a busy few hours whilst the UK was waking up this morning! Having dropped a 30 second teaser of the music video for his Thursday sophomore project smash hit “The Zone” featuring Drake in the early hours of UK time, he then quickly took to his social media to state that the FULL version would drop in no time! Abel Tesfaye (The Weeknd) is clearly a man who don’t break a promise, as he delivers it right here! The dark and eery video sees the 22-year old star singing in a dark warehouse, surrounded by multi-coloured balloons and an all too familiar blonde female who was on the cover of the Thursday project if my memory serves me well?! Of course Drake makes an appearance for his verse, which has subsequently been moved to the middle of the song, instead of the end as it was before. This song still intrigues me somewhat, as I’ve never really got the message or it’s meaning! If you understand it, then please do share your thoughts!
