A welcome surprise release from The Weeknd today, in the shape of this new track titled “Often”. Telling the story of a party lifestyle and the frequent sex that comes with the territory of his success, this latest drop from the XO signee is a little less dark and dingy compared to much of his previous material. However “Often” does still encompass the same lyrical prowess and sound that has endeared him to so many over the last few years.
Hopefully fans of The Weeknd will get a name and a release date for his forthcoming project soon. For the meantime though stream “Often” below.
