The Seattle producer is on his way to becoming a star, having delivered some prolific sounds during the last 12-months. And what’s more, while Sango is capable of big bass lines and throwing an awesome live show, he also possesses another powerful talent and a knack for serving up some mesmerising down-tempo chillout sounds.
Cue Sango’s latest cut, “206”, a slow starter that begins with a soft kick and some overlapping samples of lyrics from Drake and James Blake, which soon leave a mark. While to some degree, “206” is quite minimal, it also encompasses a magical sound alongside a raw artistic craft, something that optimises the man. Stream below.
