Is there such thing as a musical gene? After hearing Lolawolf I think there very well could be! Singer Zoe Kravitz certainly has the musical pedigree but don’t expect any screaming guitar solos here. Her gorgeous Lianne La Havas meets Aluna Francis style vocals compliment the electro beat and swirling synths perfectly on newly dropped track What Love Is. The result is a beautiful disco ballad worthy of the Drive soundtrack. Their debut EP is set for release in January 2014 and we can’t wait!
