Sometimes great records just don’t make the cut, and when you hear Burns x Ellie Goulding “Midas Touch”, I guarantee you’ll be as surprised as I was that this didn’t make Halcyon! I’m pretty sure there was a good reasoning behind the decision, but surely this would have been one of the best tracks on the album? Thankfully this one did however make the grade for The Halcyon deluxe version, which will be released on August 26th. For the meantime, enjoy the music below!
