Today’s FLASHBACK is a special, unexpected favorite of mine. The Mamas & The Papas were a Folk rock and psychedelic pop music group, and whilst that genre has never been a favorite of mine, I certainly love this.
The American/Canadian group have sold just short of 40million records worldwide, going through band break-ups on two separate occasions. Nonetheless “California Dreamin” is still to this day a great record, no suprise is has also been sampled more recently by Kid Ink (also below).
