Flashback to May 29th 1999, Where were you? What were you doing? R&B singer Donell Jones had just released his second studio album: Where I Wanna Be via LaFace Records.
Going on to be his most successful album, reaching platinum status, the album featured three popular singles; “U Know What’s Up”, “This Luv” and “Shorty (Got her eyes on me)”.
