This April bespoke dining experts Cuisson in association with Laurent-Perrier will be bringing their latest gastronomic event to the famous Burlington Arcade with a one-of-a-kind afternoon tea pop-up.
Open from Wednesday 8th April 2015 – Friday 26th June 2015, Cuisson will be offering a modern interpretation on afternoon tea and flipping this quintessentially British custom on its head.
Combining cutting edge food with a truly unique and historical setting, the afternoon tea pop will be inventive and entertaining, giving afternoon tea an entirely contemporary makeover. With pastry chef Hideko Kawa (previously at The Fat Duck) carefully crafting the afternoon tea menu alongside Cuisson, the pop up will be an un- missable chance to taste the creations of a handful of the UK’s most talented and pioneering chefs.
The afternoon tea menu, comprising of sandwiches and pastries will be paired with Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, adding an extra dose of luxury and decadence to this famously British event. The only predicament is what to wear….
