Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings is running a series of informative and interactive evenings, designed to help us bluff our way through the trickiest social situations.
Each Bluffing session will be based around a certain theme, with an expert on hand to guide guests away from terrified ignorance into confident repartee. An edifying evening with a relaxed atmosphere, ‘Bluff Your Way to…’ will teach guests just enough to be able to conquer those stilted dinner party conversations whilst indulging in Bourne & Hollingsworth’s delicious food and drink.
The informality of the evening lends itself to the calm and beautiful interiors of B & H Buildings. Participants are welcome to be as involved as they like as the knowledgeable hosts talk through quirky history, explain alien terminology and share weird and wonderful anecdotes. The calendar of events are varied and many are linked to seasonal events and current affairs, ultimately teaching guests how to bluff their way through to proficiency on a range of intriguing subjects.
Next up on the Bourne & Hollingsworth calendar is an evening to help you bluff your way to a better wine knowledge. Expert Jane Parkinson will help guests get to grips and sample a selection of red, white and rose wine, at the 2015 Wine Trends session, taking place on Tuesday 31st April.
Kicking off at 6pm, the talk begins at 7pm-8pm. Tickets are priced at £25 and include 3 cocktails or relevant drinks and a flight of tasters.
