Lyves is the project of North London based singer-songwriter / producer Francesca Bergami. The young artist of Italian and Australian heritage doesn’t have much previous either, with only one other song on her SoundCloud page. She’s clearly focussed on quality over quantity. Presenting us with her latest piece, “Shelter” Lyves is again in touch with those soulful influences and subtle electronic tinges that were present on her debut “Visions”.
Lyves’ commanding vocals work wonders with the simple piano and percussion arrangement on “Shelter”, allowing her to deliver an engaging downtempo mood. This is bliss. Listen below.
