Favela is a word which most of you (& I) would associate with Brazil, especially if you’ve seen the movie, The City Of God (we highly recommend you watch it). However Leeds-based producer Favela, brings a new description of the name, with his electronic chillwave vibe. The newcomer recently shared a fresh new jam, titled “Easy Yoke“, an intriguing track, incapsulating a journey of love and sentimental wordplay. Favela carefully places some pulsating synths, a soft drum, and a sweet violin for a slick percussion backing, which makes for an enviable sound.
