Texan producer, Softmore has been very busy lately and has dropped some impressive tracks. This first one, ‘The Truth’ is a very typical of this American. It’s a nice steady, down-tempo house track, with some obvious jazzy influences.
However the second, and more recent, is more of a reflection on the various pieces of music that have helped shape this producer and many others like him, into what they are today. This first one, has the typical Softmore vibes and really all comes together in the last quarter of the song, though the rest still being entertaining,
This second track, complete with a substantial song-list, is a mega-mix of all of the producer’s favourite records. Nothing fancy, just simple transitions and cross fades, but it really showcases how his sound has been moulded. The keener listeners amongst you will easily be able to pick out those very distinct vibes and sounds that make up Softmore but were of course, in some cases, made before he was even born.
The track list can be found below the player, which you are advised to hit play on and listen. Do this, if you are a fan so you can learn more about his sound, or if you aren’t, so you can quickly become one.
