Jamie xx delivered a fine set live at the “I Love Techno” festival in Belgium at the weekend and although I got a few emails from spectators of the event, my ears had not been fortunate to have listened until now. Jamie is part of London indie band The XX, signed to Young Turks & XL (both UK independent label’s). This “I Love Techno” offering definitely showcases some dope electronic floor-fillers whilst delivering some surprise tracks along the way.
The compilation as a whole works as great promotion for the DJ/Producer and is perfect to stream whilst “do what you gotta do”.
